Texting with Kemp Financial

Thank you for opting into Kemp Financial Management’s text messaging service. Please see below for a better explanation on the “ground rules” for our new communication tool.

• Texting will be a simple way to provide quick communication with one another when needed.

• We will be texting from (949) 518-1930.

• This will be a “general text inbox” at Kemp Financial Management, meaning any text messages received from clients can be read by all KFM team members and will be archived.

• Texting will be monitored during normal business hours. All KFM members will be monitoring the incoming texts as to service all needs in a timely manner.

• Trades cannot be accepted via Text.

• Personal information, including account numbers and social security numbers will not be sent via text messages. We encourage you to abide by the same. Phone calls, encrypted emails or sharing files through the Client Portal are recommended as the best method for sharing confidential information.

• If you have an updated cell phone number, please let us know by calling our office at 714-257-0800.
