Lauren is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton. After graduating from CSUF, she earned a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from University of California, Irvine. Prior to coming onboard with Kemp Financial, Lauren worked as an account manager for a local financial advisor for six years.
In Lauren’s spare time, she enjoys being an active member in her book club, spending time with family and friends, visiting the beach and playing soccer. As Kemp Financials newest team member, she looks forward to connecting with and forming lasting relationships with clients of KFM.

Q & A with Lauren
Which season is your favorite and why? Summer is my favorite season by far! What is there not to love about a barbecue, games outside with family and friends, and any body of water? Nothing makes me happier than a sunny day at the beach. I feel so fortunate to live a short drive from so many beautiful ones. Something about a swim in the ocean just makes you feel like a kid again!
What is one thing that instantly makes your day better? My Pitbull, Cash. He could not be any sweeter. He is the best welcome home and is always excited to see me even if I’ve been gone only a short while. He gets me outside more and helps me to remember to be grateful for the little things. He stays by my side when he knows I’m sad. He makes every day better!
If you could share a meal with any person living or dead, who would it be and why? If I could share a meal with anyone it would be my Grandma Zuniga. She was my favorite person and she sadly passed when I was 18. So much has happened since then. I’d like to catch her up on everything I’ve done and ask her so many questions about herself at my age and all throughout life’s stages. When you’re young you don’t think of asking your elders those sort of things. I think about her often as I navigate life. Side note: the meal we would be eating would be her homemade mac & cheese :)
